Pauline Nidd is our family law specialist.  Pauline has extensive experience in problem solving for families.  Pauline considers it essential that families that experience breakdown maintain positive relations to ensure that their children's lives are disrupted as little as possible. 

Pauline believes strongly in mediation as a tool to finding common ground in the interests of all parties, especially the children, who so often suffer the distress of having warring parents.

Pauline also assists her clients who decide to separate to organize the division of their relationship property, bearing in mind that agreements  made before a relationship begins can make this process easier.
